Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Requirement: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or treatment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
- Services Rendered: Due to the personalized and medical nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, completed services, consultation fees, and package treatments administered are non-refundable.
- Treatment Packages: Unused sessions in multi-treatment packages may be eligible for credit transfer to alternative services upon clinical review.
